This modest remodel in Brentwood added a 700 sq foot Master suite for a 3,000 sq foot residence. The remodel was sympathetic to the existing 1940s house and to the character of the neighborhood, emphasizing traditional woodwork and quiet charm while creating a light and airy plan.
