Inserting new architecture into the existing 1940's, Art Deco shell, for this contemporary audio/visual company called for ordered spaces and sleek materials. The renovation and seismic upgrade of the existing 5,400 square foot masonry building included 4 sound rooms, "THX" Video Theater, gallery hall, conference room, employee lounge and new storefront.
